Foodie Tryingstein is a blog written by Krytie, a twenty two year old girl from India who wants her life to be a culinary expedition. Although her tongue, her heart and mind are all into food, her stomach was often over stuffed and hasn’t been very supportive. Even after graduating from a Catering school and being trained in baking as well as Indian and International cuisines, she is a decent yet clumsy cook. She gets lost in passionate conversations about food, sometimes to her close friends and at times to complete strangers because when it comes to food, nothing else matters.  She was born in Delhi, brought up in Pune, where her parents live, with her younger sister and three dogs. She spent three years of college eating cheap, delicious meals in Mumbai. She went on to study TV Journalism from UK from where she had the opportunity to travel to Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland to learn more about European culture and cuisine. The versatility of Indian cuisine and the science behind its preparation makes her proud of her rich culinary culture. She believes that real food is about freshness, health and technique. The incredible combination of art and science behind cooking fascinates her, but there is nothing better than cooking a dish right and then eating it with a twinkle in the eye.
